Your holiday starts from the moment you make your reservation. We simply ask you to respect the rules of our house and enjoy your stay in harmony with the other guests.

BOOKING POLICY

Reservations can be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability.
The reservation must be guaranteed by bank transfer within 14 days of arrival.

In case of cancellations made from the 13th day before arrival or in case of no-show:

• For stays of 1 to 3 nights, the full amount of the stay will be charged;
• For stays of 4 nights or more, 70% of the total amount will be charged

In case of early departure, advance payment of the stay is required in accordance with Italian tourism regulations.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount indicated in the booking confirmation will be charged.

The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit of the total staye.

For meals, you may dine at “La Noria Bistrot – Pizza e Vino” inside the hotel. Alternatively, we offer a 10% discount for lunch and/or dinner at the restaurant “Osteria Pizzeria La Spleuza”, located about 5 minutes by car from the hotel.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payments at our hotel can be made as follows:

• cash up to €4,999
• bank transfer
• debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and others)

A city tax of €2.00 per person per day applies for a maximum of 10 nights for guests aged 14 and over.
This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid at the hotel, preferably in cash.

Pets:Dogs of all sizes are welcome with a supplement of €15 per day. Pets are allowed in the restaurant and in the indoor and outdoor common areas. We kindly ask owners to respect other guests who may prefer a quieter environment or who may not be comfortable around animals. We reserve the right to restrict pets’ access to common areas in case of inconvenience to other guests.
